ph444a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraud, self-exclusion requests, or inactivity.

Voluntary closure: You may close your ph444a account at any time by contacting support at support@ph444a.net. Any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. ph444a will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly inactivity administrative fee of ₱100 to the account balance.
